With professional guidance throughout, this one day introduction to drypoint printmaking offers the opportunity to explore a distinctive printing process, from design through to striking finished product!
What will the workshop entail?
Spend the day in a relaxed studio environment working from images of your choice to create a collection of intaglio prints.
You will leave the day with an understanding of how this unique process works, including:
how to design a plate working with mark-making in acrylic plastic
how to manipulate the plate with etching tools and techniques to achieve tonal variation
