With professional guidance throughout, this one day introduction to monoprinting offers the opportunity to explore how to create one-off prints, from design through to striking finished product!
What will the workshop entail?
Spend the day in a relaxed studio environment working from images of your choice to create a monoprint and explore techniques to paint and draw with and into ink.
You will leave the day with an understanding of how this unique process works, including:
how to work with mark-making
how to manipulate the plate to achieve tonal variation
